Pulsafeeder's BLACKLINE MD Diaphragm Pumps are motor driven, spring return for mechanical metering with precise and accurate control. There are many standard built in features, MD (motor Driven) series diaphragm pumps include: oil lubricated ball bearings, die-cast aluminum pump housing, reinforced PTFE diaphragm for long lasting life, a micrometer style stroke length adjuster. There are a multitude of liquid end options covering numerous  material choices to fit any metering pump application.

The Blackline series features 9 distinct models and are available with flow capabilities up to 132 GPH - Gallons Per Hour and (500 LPH - Liters Per Hour) with pressures up to 150 PSI - Pounds Per Square Inch, (10 BAR), including a standard turndown ratio of 10:1 (or up to 100:1) with our optional Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Vector. Checmical Metering performances are reproducible within ± 2% of maximum capacity.

Pulsafeeders Chem-Tech Prime Performance Series pumps have a specially designed degassing valve system for applications using off-gassing chemicals like sodium hypochlorite. Built upon motorized-diaphragm technology, the Pulsafeeders Prime Performance Series delivers dependable performance, extended longevity and consistent metering over long periods of time in a compact form. PP100 Models - Perfect for off-gassing applications where economical, consistent performance is required. Capable of a wide range of flows, from less than 15 gpd (2.34 lph) up to 30 gpd (4.72 lph) and pressures up to 100 psi (7 bar). PP150 Models - Built upon the same solid platform as the 100 Models, these units are capable of higher flow rates. Pulsafeeders Chem-Tech Series 200 and 250 are mechanically activated, heavy duty diaphragm feed pumps that provide excellent efficiency under trenuous conditions. Series 200 pumps are popular for their rugged design for continuous duty operation, while the Series 250 pumps combines the power and repeatability of piston pumps with the chemical resistance of diaphragm pumps for high pressure applications. The Series 200 offers feed rates from 10 to 120 gpd (1.5 to 18.9 lph) and operating pressures up to 150 psi (10.3 bar), while the Series 250 offers feed rates to 108 gpd (17 lph) and operating pressures up to 225 psi (15.5 bar).

Pulsafeeders MEC-O-MATIC product line includes both Diaphragm and Peristaltic pumps with the ability to handle your chemical solution and slurry metering needs. Industrial Construction - The MEC-O-MATIC line was designed, engineered, and built to last, from the pump case which is molded of a rugged, chemical resistant ABS to the thermal or impedance protected gear motor. All metal gearing parts, which are heat-treated, and the output shaft supported by heavy duty bearings makes depending on the MEC-O-MATIC the right choice. GMC Series GEAR pumps are ideal for use when you encounter viscosity or suction lift requirements. They are available in a wide range of materials (316SS, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, Titanium, Hastelloy B2, and others!). 

CM Series of CENTRIFUGAL pumps is available as single- or multi- stage units (up to five stages). They are available in 316 stainless steel, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy C construction as standard for maximum chemical resistance. 

RGT Series regenerative turbine pumps are offer increased discharge head capabilities over those available with our CM Series pumps.

Applications 
ISOCHEM Series pumps offer two principal designs to handle a broad range of applications over wide temperature, viscosity, and pressure variations. They are ideal for vacuum service and transfer of expensive, hazardous and/or corrosive chemicals over the entire pH range. Seal-less features makes then perfect for environments subject to federal regulations.
