The EVO Series™ 1" 210 Non-Metallic pump is built for facilities that need dependable transfer and batching performance while benefiting from the efficiency of an electric diaphragm pump. Available in Polypropylene and PVDF, the pump combines proven ARO diaphragm pump technology with a simplified electric drive system designed for reliable day-to-day operation.
The platform incorporates proven EVO 300 and EXP components and features a standard drive mechanism with fewer parts, helping reduce maintenance requirements and support long-term reliability. Internally sealed bearings eliminate routine bearing maintenance, while standard secondary leak containment helps protect the actuator and drive assembly in the event of diaphragm failure.
Serviceability is a key part of the design. Both diaphragms are located on the same side of the pump for easier access during maintenance, and the compact footprint makes installation easier in smaller operating spaces. Optional electronic leak detection and overpressure protection are also available. The overall design adheres to ISO 12100 and is CE compliant.
