The following terms apply to all orders placed on Net 30 credit terms with PumpCatalog.
These terms supplement our general Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.
All collect LTL freight shipments (including pick-ups and freight forwarder shipments) must comply with PumpCatalog collect freight routing guidelines. Orders that do not adhere to LTL routing specifications may be cancelled, and any additional fees incurred will be billed as stated in our general Terms and Conditions.
All LTL freight collect orders must ship with one of the approved carriers listed below:
Customers are responsible for obtaining all shipping documents and submitting completed copies to PumpCatalog prior to the scheduled ship date. Incomplete documentation will not be accepted.
If you do not have a collect account with one of the preferred freight carriers, a freight charge will be billed to your order and shipped "Best Way."
Customers must notify PumpCatalog of any changes, delays, and scheduled or cancelled shipments prior to the scheduled ship date. For third-party freight shipments, please provide the Bill To address.
Title of purchased goods does not transfer from seller to buyer until payment in full is received by PumpCatalog. Responsibility for goods transfers to the buyer when purchased goods are shipped.
Buyers must open and inspect all packages upon receipt. Visible freight damage must be documented with the carrier at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for filing freight claims with the carrier; however, PumpCatalog will assist in resolving shipping issues when notified promptly.
All shipping transit times and delivery dates are estimates. Order cancellations due to shipping delays for any reason are subject to the manufacturer's minimum restocking fee. Any additional freight charges or return fees will be applied in addition to the restocking fee.
Delivery timelines may be impacted by carrier capacity, weather, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.
Any delivery corrections due to incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of order will be charged back to the customer. This includes all residential deliveries and special deliveries (for example, military bases, schools, and construction sites).
Residential addresses are not guaranteed for delivery. Trucking and shipping companies may require an appointment, and PumpCatalog is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Please notify us if your address is residential and we can suggest alternatives.
For freight collect shipments, the customer assumes ownership of the goods once freight leaves our dock. The customer is responsible for filing any shipping damage claims or address corrections with the carrier.
Once freight leaves our dock, tracking information will be provided. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive delivery during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST). Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed.
If a customer rejects a shipment, applicable restocking fees will apply as outlined in our general Terms & Conditions.
Quoted shipping charges are for standard truck shipment to a commercial dock designated to receive freight. Additional charges may apply for:
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt. All shipment BOLs will include weight and number of packages. Count all packages before signing. Claims may be limited if damage is not documented at the time of delivery.
All packages (freight and small parcel) must be opened and inspected within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us promptly at 1-800-810-1053 and we will assist in resolving carrier-related damage claims.
All freight shipments prepared and shipped by PumpCatalog will include a declared value. If you do not want the freight shipment to include a declared value, you must provide your own BOL to PumpCatalog.
