I would like to express my opinion how fortunate PumpCatalog is to have your team. One of our biggest customers, a large hospital, has been operating by "hanging by a thread." If one of their pumps goes down (because two are already down), then everything stops completely. That means no hot water, no steam, no sterilization, which means no surgeries.
