Returns follow the manufacturer's return terms for each product. Review the process, eligibility and restocking fees below before shipping anything back.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back to us.
We will not accept a return without an RMA or RGA number. Packages shipped without one will be refused.

Start a returnRepackage the item in its original manufacturer packaging. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box. For items over 150 lbs, palletize and secure for freight.
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Pentair (Berkeley, Myers, Sta-Rite & Hydromatic), effective September 1, 2024: all returns are subject to Pentair's prior approval and apply to current, unused product in original sellable packaging. Domestic Pro: 20%. Retail: 15%. Berkeley: 50%. Pentair Canada: 25% on all returns.

Return requests must be started within 30 days of delivery unless the manufacturer's return terms for that product say otherwise. Those terms, including restocking fees, are shown on the product page and listed below by brand.
Mechanical seals are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
A 15% to 100% by manufacturer restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking of industrial equipment.
Restocking fees vary by manufacturer and product; see the fee table below. We'll confirm the exact fee when we issue your RMA.
The restocking fee is waived when we shipped an item that does not match your packing slip.
Non-defective returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including LTL freight charges. Industrial pumps and assemblies can be costly to ship. We recommend contacting us for help coordinating return freight at competitive carrier rates.
Defective, damaged, or wrong items: Return shipping is arranged under the manufacturer's warranty process. We confirm the arrangement when the RMA is issued.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

The following items cannot be returned:
A standard 3% cancellation fee will be applied to the total amount charged. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3 business days, less the assessed fee. If your order has already shipped, additional fees may apply and the order becomes subject to the standard return policy above.
Special and expedited factory orders that are canceled or not picked up are subject to a 50% restocking fee. No exceptions.
To cancel, call 1-800-810-1053 or email [email protected] with your order number. We process cancellation requests as quickly as possible, but once an order has left our warehouse it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
