EVO 2" Metallic diaphragm pumps are designed for operations that need serious flow capability without giving up diaphragm pump versatility. This category supports high-volume work while staying focused on process confidence, controllable operation, and a platform designed to fit naturally into industrial environments. It’s a strong choice when the pump is expected to run hard, run often, and keep up with production pace.

For facilities handling bulk movement or feeding process equipment, the 2" metallic series delivers a strong combination of throughput, durability, and operational consistency. It’s well suited for high-demand transfer and circulation duties where repeatable performance helps protect downstream processes and keeps schedules predictable.

This performance range is built for productivity, pairing high max flow with strong pressure capability for stable delivery into process lines and equipment. Excellent suction lift adds flexibility for challenging inlet conditions and real-world plant setups where perfect suction conditions aren’t always available. The result is a high-capacity platform that stays dependable across varied duties.

• Max flow (flooded inlet): up to 140 GPM (530 L/min)

• Max average working pressure: up to 120 PSIG (8.3 bar)

• Max deadhead pressure: up to 180 PSIG (12.4 bar)

• Suction lift: up to 30 ft wet (9.1 m) / 18 ft dry (5.5 m)

• Solids handling: up to 1/4" (6.4 mm)

The EVO 2" Metallic series is built for high-throughput transfer and process support, ideal for moving large volumes efficiently while maintaining steady, predictable performance. It’s a strong match for tank-to-tank transfer, bulk unloading/loading, and high-volume batching where increased capacity reduces transfer time and supports stronger production tempo. This helps plants improve throughput without adding complexity to the pumping standard.
