Construction and Operational Design

Each pump is equipped with a double mechanical seal system along with a separate lip seal, creating multiple layers of protection against fluid intrusion. The submersible motor operates at approximately 3450 RPM and is designed for continuous-duty use in high-temperature conditions.

Class R insulation, rated for extreme heat resistance, supports operation in elevated temperatures, while built-in thermal switches protect the motor from overheating. Stainless steel hardware and high-temperature rated cables further contribute to the pump's durability.
