Construction and Operational Design

JXHF pumps are constructed entirely from cast 316 stainless steel, ensuring uniform corrosion resistance across all wetted components. The no-weld design enhances structural integrity and minimizes potential points of failure in corrosive environments.

The sealing system includes two mechanical seals along with an independent lip seal, creating multiple protective barriers against fluid intrusion. FKM elastomers are used as standard for compatibility with a wide range of chemicals, with optional materials available for specialized applications.

Each unit is driven by a high-speed 2-pole motor operating at approximately 3450 RPM. Class R insulation allows the motor to withstand elevated temperatures, while embedded thermal sensors provide protection against overheating during operation.
