 SERIES OVERVIEW 

• Pump Design: Corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps for a wide range of chemical service applications. Available in GP11, GP22, and GP32 models with non-metallic wetted components and mechanically sealed construction. Multiple impeller trim options provide enhanced hydraulic selection & application flexibility, while standard NEMA and IEC metric motor compatibility supports a variety of installations.

• Mechanical Seal Options: Externally mounted bellows, multi-spring, and double mechanical seals are available. Double seals are suitable for abrasive liquids, light slurries, plating solutions, and cleaning solutions.

• Maintenance: Back pull-out design allows access to internal components without disturbing piping connections. Modular construction simplifies maintenance & parts replacement. 

KEY FEATURES

• Construction & Connections: Polypropylene or PVDF casing and cover options with PVDF impellers, NPT, BSP, or flanged connections, and port sizes from 1.5" x 1.5" through 3" x 2".

• Installation Flexibility: Accepts standard NEMA and IEC motors up to 7.5 HP in close-coupled or pedestal-mounted configurations. GP Series Pumps are CE/UKCA/EAC certified.

• Seal Protection: Cooling collar available for bellows and multi-spring seals and standard with double seals.

• Chemical Compatibility: Suitable for acids, bases, plating solutions, scrubber solutions, cleaners, and other corrosive process fluids. 

MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION

• Housing & Cover Materials: GF Polypropylene or CF PVDF.

• Impeller Design: PVDF impellers standard, with a closed impeller design on GP11 models and semi-open impellers on GP22 and GP32 models.

• Sealing Components: Carbon, ceramic, and FKM seal materials with FKM or EPDM O-rings.

• Shaft Adapter: Stainless steel. 

TECHNICAL DATA

• Capacity: Maximum flow rates up to 125 GPM (GP11) and 200 GPM / 45.5 m³/hr (GP22/GP32), with maximum head to 83 ft (25.3 m) on GP11 and 123 ft (37.5 m) on GP22/GP32.

• Pressure Ratings: Maximum working pressure of 35 PSI (2.4 Bar) on GP11 and 55 PSI (3.8 Bar) on GP22 and GP32 models.

• Temperature Limits: 180°F / 82°C (Polypropylene); 220°F / 104°C (PVDF)

• Operating Parameters: Handles specific gravities greater than 1.8 without impeller trimming. Operating speeds are 3450 RPM at 60 Hz and 2900 RPM at 50 Hz.

• Seal Pressure Ratings: Maximum suction pressure of 15 PSI (1 Bar) with bellows seals and 65 PSI (4.5 Bar) with multi-spring or double seals.
