Overview
The Husky 1590 is a 1.5‑inch air‑operated double diaphragm pump built for demanding industrial transfer applications. It uses a patented closed‑center air valve that minimizes stalling and can be serviced online without removing the pump from the system. The air section is epoxy‑coated to withstand harsh environments, and the overall design uses fewer parts than comparable pumps, reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance.
Performance & Reliability
This pump delivers up to 100 gpm with a maximum fluid working pressure of 120 psi. The diaphragm platform offers up to five times the durability of other pumps in its class. The closed‑center air valve improves reliability by reducing sticking and maintaining consistent cycling, even under variable air conditions.

Air System
Operates on 20–120 psi air pressure. The closed‑center design reduces stalling and improves startup consistency. The air valve is externally accessible for fast service without disassembling the fluid line.
Installation & Serviceability
Standard AODD footprint with no mechanical seals required. Noise levels remain below 85 dBa. Ball checks and air valve are positioned for quick access to minimize downtime during routine maintenance.
Applications
Suited for chemical transfer, industrial fluids, wastewater, slurries, and abrasive materials. Epoxy‑coated air sections make it ideal for harsh environments and hazardous‑area (ATEX) installations.
