Industrial Capacity: 1.5 in (38 mm) AODD pump designed for high-volume transfer and broad chemical compatibility.
Online Serviceable: Patented closed-center air valve reduces stalling and is externally accessible for fast, on-line service.
Extreme Durability: Up to 5× longer diaphragm life compared to industry peers; epoxy-coated air section protects against harsh environments.
Reliable Design: Seal-less architecture eliminates mechanical seal failures; simplified construction uses fewer parts for better reliability.
Flexible Porting: Offers both center- and end-porting configurations to fit various piping requirements.
Silent & Safe: Quiet operation with remote muffler capability; ATEX-ready configurations available for hazardous zones.

Fluid Inlet/Outlet: 1.5 npt(f); optional BSPT or flanged configurations available.
MATERIALS
Air Motor: Aluminum (standard) or Stainless Steel (remote/certified variants).
Fluid Section: Aluminum or Stainless Steel (model dependent).
Wetted Parts (Seats/Balls/Diaphragms):
Seats: TPE, Buna-N, PTFE, Santoprene®, Stainless steel (316 or 440C).
Balls: Acetal, Buna-N, PTFE, Santoprene®, Stainless steel (440C).
Diaphragms: TPE, Buna-N, PTFE / EPDM overmolded, Santoprene®, Geolast®.
AIR SYSTEM & MOUNTING
Pressure Range: 20–120 psi (1.4–8 bar); Air consumption: 50 cfm at 70 psi / 60 gpm.
Installation: Standard AODD mounting footprint; noise further reduced with optional Rubber Foot Kit.
APPLICATIONS
Industrial/chemical transfer, wastewater, solids-bearing fluids, and fast-service installations in harsh or low-noise environments.
