Overview
The Husky 2200 is a 2‑inch air‑operated double diaphragm pump built for high‑flow chemical and industrial transfer. It features a single‑piece polypropylene center section and a reinforced frame to eliminate leak paths. A patented modular air valve provides smooth cycling and can be serviced online, delivering up to 200 gpm in a compact, dependable footprint.
Performance & Reliability
Offering the highest flow rate in its class, the 2200 uses an efficient air system and overmolded diaphragm options that can extend service life up to five times longer than standard designs. The modular air valve and reinforced frame ensure long-term durability and rapid serviceability, allowing operators to maintain peak performance with minimal downtime.

Air System
Operates from 20 to 125 psi using a modular, lube-free air valve designed for online service. The system remains highly efficient even at maximum flow, making it ideal for continuous-duty industrial applications where contamination risk must be minimized.
Installation & Serviceability
Utilizes a standard AODD footprint with a reinforced frame for maximum stability. Both the air valve and diaphragms are externally accessible, allowing maintenance to be performed without removing the pump from the fluid line.
Applications
Designed for chemical transfer, wastewater handling, abrasive fluids, and general plant service. Its corrosion-resistant construction and high-efficiency design make it a staple for harsh environments requiring high-volume transfer.
