The Husky 307 is a 3/8‑inch air‑operated double diaphragm pump designed for small‑to‑mid‑volume transfer of chemicals, coatings, solvents, and process fluids. Its stall‑free, low‑pulsation air valve provides smooth, rapid changeover, improving flow stability and reducing vibration in downstream equipment. The 307’s compact footprint and re‑orientable manifolds make it easy to integrate into OEM skids, spray systems, and tight installations.
Performance
The 307 delivers up to 6.5 gpm (24.6 lpm) at a maximum working pressure of 100 psi. It can operate on air pressures as low as 20 psi, making it suitable for low‑pressure plant air systems and portable setups. The pump handles solids up to 1.6 mm and maintains reliable suction lift thanks to its efficient check‑valve geometry and smooth air‑valve transition.
Materials & Wetted Options
The series is available in polypropylene or acetal fluid sections, with acetal models offering full groundability and ATEX approval. Seat options include acetal and 316 stainless steel, while ball and diaphragm materials cover PTFE, Santoprene, TPE, and Buna‑N. This range supports broad chemical compatibility across industrial, commercial, and OEM applications.
Air System & Control
The internal air valve is designed for low pulsation and rapid shift, reducing pressure spikes and improving flow consistency. It is fully serviceable from the exterior and requires no lubrication. The pump supports remote control through external solenoid valves for automated or PLC‑driven systems. Proper air filtration and unrestricted exhaust are recommended for consistent cycling.
Installation & Mounting
The 307 can be mounted in multiple orientations and supports stand‑mount, pail‑mount, and wall‑mount configurations. Manifolds can be rotated to change inlet/outlet direction, simplifying plumbing in tight spaces. Flexible hoses are required for both suction and discharge, and a fluid drain valve must be installed at the outlet for safe depressurization. Polypropylene models must be protected from prolonged UV exposure.
Serviceability
The 307 is designed for fast teardown and rebuild. The air valve, ball checks, and diaphragms are easily accessed, and all wear components are available in dedicated service kits. Manifold and cover fasteners use standard torque values for consistent reassembly. Every pump is factory‑tested before shipment to ensure proper operation.
