Performance & Reliability

Built around field-proven Husky and Monark pump lines, these systems cover a performance range from low-volume dispense to high-pressure supply up to 900 psi. Reliability is enhanced with thermal relief kits to manage pressure spikes and specialized feed kits for moisture-sensitive materials like Isocyanates (ISO) to prevent crystallization.

Materials & Construction

Air System

The pneumatic systems operate between 20 and 180 psi. Packages typically include a dedicated air supply kit featuring a regulator, pressure gauge, and a bleed-type master air valve for safe depressurization and precise flow control via integrated needle valves.

Installation & Serviceability

Streamlined mounting includes wall-brackets with vibration dampers and drum bung adapters. Plural-component kits utilize red and blue color-coding for A (ISO) and B (Resin) sides to prevent cross-contamination, while modular designs allow quick access for maintenance.
