About Neptune 500-VS High Viscosity Hydraulic Metering Pumps

Neptune's 500-VS Series High Viscosity Hydraulic Metering Pumps are engineered for precisely metering viscous liquids to 5,000 cP like polymers and other thick fluids. These pumps come standard in Simplex, but may be converted to Duplex. Variable Oil By-pass™ stroke adjustment permits an adjustable time delay from the end of the suction stroke to the start of the discharge stroke, allowing the ball to fully seat before pumping continues. This way even in the heaviest liquids, accuracy stays very high. Comes standard with 1/3 HP, 1ph, 115 VAC, 60C, TEFC motor with other options available. 316 Stainless Steel & PTFE Diaphragms. Capacities range from 2 gph (7.50 L/h) to 29 gph (110 L/h). 900 psi (62 bar) maximum pressure on certain configurations. Maximum Temperature is 200°F (93°C).
