Stenner Econ Integrator™ Flow-Activated Proportional Injection Pumps

The Stenner Econ Integrator™ Series is a flow-activated peristaltic metering pump designed for proportional chemical injection applications where accurate dosing and signal integration are critical. Combining three operating modes, adjustable output control, and a built-in repeater relay, the Econ Integrator provides a flexible solution for livestock water treatment, agricultural operations, water conditioning, disinfectant injection, and pH adjustment systems.

Unlike traditional chemical feed pumps, the Econ Integrator can receive a signal from a water meter, flow switch, control valve, or other flow-responsive equipment while simultaneously repeating that signal to another device. This allows multiple pumps or controllers to operate from a single water meter without interrupting water consumption monitoring.

Built-In Repeater Relay

The defining feature of the Econ Integrator is its internal repeater relay. The relay outputs the same dry contact signal received by the pump, allowing one water meter to activate multiple pumps or communicate simultaneously with monitoring and control equipment.

This feature is especially valuable for livestock and poultry operations where water consumption data is used as an indicator of animal health. The repeater relay allows a flow meter signal to reach both the chemical injection pump and the house controller without requiring an additional meter.

Seconds Mode

• Accepts a dry contact signal

• Runs for a programmable amount of time

Flow Switch Mode

• Accepts a two-wire dry contact flow switch

• Runs at a programmed speed while flow is detected

Auxiliary Mode

• Accepts a 12-24 VAC/VDC signal from compatible control equipment

• Runs at a programmed speed while the signal is present
