• Bearings: 18–36 months depending on load, alignment, and lubrication quality.

• Shaft Sleeves: 12–36 months depending on abrasives, seal type, and flush conditions.

• Mechanical Seals: 12–24 months for single seals; 18–36 months for double or cartridge seals.

• Packing Sets: 3–12 months depending on leakage allowance and flush water quality.

• Impellers: 3–10 years depending on corrosion/erosion rate and fluid abrasiveness.
