Construction and Operational Design

The J Series combines cast iron hydraulic components with a 304 stainless steel motor housing, providing both strength and corrosion resistance. This combination ensures durability in wet and abrasive environments while maintaining long service life.

Each pump features a double mechanical seal system with an additional lip seal, creating multiple layers of protection against fluid intrusion. This design helps protect the motor and internal components during continuous-duty operation.

The pumps operate at approximately 3450 RPM and are available in both single-phase and three-phase configurations, depending on model size. The side discharge design allows for efficient installation and compatibility with slide rail systems commonly used in sump and basin setups.
