Construction and Operational Design

JXF pumps are manufactured entirely from cast 316 stainless steel, ensuring consistent material properties and eliminating weld-related vulnerabilities. This makes the series highly resistant to corrosion and suitable for use in aggressive fluid environments.

Each pump is equipped with a double mechanical seal system, supported by an additional lip seal, providing multiple levels of protection against fluid contamination. FKM elastomers are standard to ensure chemical compatibility, with optional materials available for specialized applications.

The pumps are driven by high-speed 2-pole motors operating at approximately 3450 RPM. Class R insulation allows the motors to withstand elevated temperatures, while embedded thermal sensors provide protection against overheating during operation.
