The KZNF Series incorporates high chrome iron components in the impeller, agitator, and wear plate to resist abrasive wear and extend service life. A heavy-duty agitator continuously suspends solids such as sand, sludge, and slurry, improving pumping efficiency and reducing clogging.

The pumps are designed with specialized high-temperature materials and components, including Class R motor insulation and high-temperature rated cables, allowing safe and continuous operation in elevated temperature environments.

KZNF pumps are designed for continuous-duty operation in high-temperature slurry environments. The oil-filled motor and seal chambers provide cooling and lubrication, while embedded thermal protection automatically shuts down the pump if excessive temperatures are detected.

The Seal Minder® system monitors moisture intrusion in the seal chamber, providing early warning to prevent damage and reduce downtime.
