Engineered for Maximum Abrasion Resistance

The defining feature of the KZNR Series is its hardened ductile iron volute, heat-treated to approximately 71 Rockwell C hardness. This hardened construction provides significantly greater wear resistance compared to standard ductile iron, dramatically extending pump life in high-abrasion applications.

All critical wear components, including the impeller, agitator, and wear plate, are constructed from high chrome iron, ensuring consistent performance even when handling highly concentrated abrasive solids.
