The BJM Pumps SKF Series (Fahrenheit®) combines high temperature capability with integrated shredding technology, providing reliable performance in wastewater applications where both heat and difficult solids are present.

Engineered to handle liquids up to 200°F (93°C), the SKF Series is designed for environments where standard shredder or wastewater pumps cannot withstand elevated temperatures.

Advanced Shredding with Thermal Endurance

The SKF Series incorporates a wear-resistant shredding system designed to tear, break, and reduce solids prior to discharge. A tungsten carbide-tipped impeller works with hardened components to process debris and minimize clogging.

This shredding capability ensures reliable operation in wastewater systems containing fibrous materials, debris, and solids under high temperature conditions.

Built for High Temperature Durability

SKF Series pumps feature an oil-filled motor design, high temperature-rated materials, and FKM elastomers to maintain performance under thermal stress. Embedded thermal switches monitor winding temperature and automatically shut down and reset the pump to prevent damage.

The cable entry system is designed to prevent wicking in high temperature environments, while Seal Minder® moisture detection provides early warning of seal failure.
