The BJM Pumps SV Series is designed for solids-handling, non-clog wastewater applications, utilizing a vortex impeller to move difficult fluids without direct contact with solids.

This design allows the SV Series to handle sewage, viscous liquids, rags, and debris while minimizing clogging and reducing maintenance requirements.

Vortex Impeller for Non‑Clog Performance

The SV Series uses a free-flow vortex impeller design that creates a rotating flow within the volute, allowing solids to pass through the pump without contacting the impeller directly.

This non-contact design enables the pump to pass solids up to approximately 90% of the discharge diameter, making it ideal for wastewater with large or stringy debris.

Built for Abrasion Resistance and Durability

SV Series pumps feature hardened ductile iron hydraulics for abrasion resistance, combined with a 304 stainless steel motor housing for corrosion resistance and improved heat dissipation.

A dual mechanical seal system operates in an oil-filled chamber to provide long service life and reliable sealing in demanding conditions.
