Neptune's 500-VS Series High Viscosity Hydraulic Metering Pumps are engineered for precisely metering viscous liquids to 5,000 cP like polymers and other thick fluids. These pumps come standard in Simplex, but may be converted to Duplex. Variable Oil By-pass™ stroke adjustment permits an adjustable time delay from the end of the suction stroke to the start of the discharge stroke, allowing the ball to fully seat before pumping continues. This results in pumps that will reliably and accurately dose a vast range of mild to aggressive chemicals, especially those used with chemical processing, industrial, municipal water & wastewater treatment, and agricultural applications. Neptune Glycol Feed Systems are designed for the addition of glycol solution to closed loop chilled or hot water systems. We offer a complete line of packaged chemical feed systems with or without containment. The system automatically maintains pressure in the loop by adding glycol solution to make up for losses which occur due to leakage. Glycol addition is controlled by a pressure switch with adjustable low and high set points. When the pressure in the loop reaches the low set point, the pump begins to feed glycol into the system until the high pressure set point is achieved and stops the pump.

Neptune’s PZ Series Electronic Metering Pumps are low volume and low pressure for accurate, dependable injection to pump chemicals and additives across a range of applications. Neptune PZ pumps come in three sizes which are popular with water treaters, filtration and purification applications, well driller, and others. PZD Series pumps allow for higher capacities. This style features an extra large keyboard and the injection rate can be entered directly in milliliters per minute. PZiG Models offer capacities that would usually require a motor driven pump. Special configurations easily handle viscosities of 1000 CPS (up to 4000 CPS at reduced volume).
