We stand behind the products we sell. If you need to return a purchase, please review the policy below. All returns are subject to manufacturer guidelines and the conditions outlined on this page.
Return Eligibility
Like-new, non-defective, undamaged products purchased from PumpCatalog.com may be returned at the buyer's expense for a partial refund of the purchase price. The original shipping charge and any return shipping costs incurred by PumpCatalog.com will be deducted from the refund.
Returns must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unopened packaging
- Return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
- You must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Parts (all types)
- Explosion Proof (XP) classified products
- Mechanical seals and O-rings
- Specialty pumps, custom builds, and non-standard products
- Items unused and unopened after 30 days from receipt
How to Initiate a Return
- Call us at (800) 810-1053 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue an RMA number.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging at your expense. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed less any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.
Important: Do not refuse delivery without authorization. Refused shipments without prior RMA approval will not be accepted as valid returns and will be subject to restocking fees.
Restocking Fees by Manufacturer
All returns are governed by the original manufacturer's return policy. Restocking fees range from 0% to 100% depending on the product and manufacturer. The following are minimum fees and are subject to change at any time without notice:

Shipping Errors or Damage
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or are missing items from your order, please call us at (800) 810-1053 within 3 business days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a return pickup at our expense.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 - 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are calculated as:
- Original purchase price
- Less: Original shipping charges
- Less: Return shipping costs (if applicable)
- Less: Applicable manufacturer restocking fee
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed and paid for, it is considered a purchase and any reversal is treated as a return subject to the policies above.
Credit card cancellations: A standard 3% cancellation fee will be applied to the total amount charged. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3 business days, less the assessed fee. If your order has already shipped, additional fees may apply.
Cancellations must be made by phone at (800) 810-1053, Option 2. Email cancellations are not accepted.
