How do I get a copy of my invoice?

Log into the My Account section with your username and password. Under the "My Orders" tab, click "View Invoice" next to your order. From there you can print it or save it as a PDF.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email. If you checked out as a guest, you can use our Order Tracking page with your order number and email. If you have an account, you'll find tracking info under "My Orders" in My Account.

I can't find a product on your site. Does that mean you don't sell it?

No. We carry thousands of pumps and parts that aren't listed on the site yet. If you have a model number or know what you need, give us a call at (800) 810-1053 or send us a contact form and we'll check for you.

Do you sell Teel pumps and parts?

We don't carry Teel parts directly, but if you have a Teel pump model number we can cross-reference it to a comparable AMT model and get you the right pump. Just call us with the model number.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and checking out. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you prefer, you can also call us at (800) 810-1053 to place an order by phone.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. But if you create an account, you'll be able to see past orders, track shipments, and download invoices from My Account.

Can I get Net 30 credit terms?

Yes. We offer Net 30 terms for qualified businesses. You can apply for credit terms here. Once approved, Net 30 will be available as a payment option at checkout.

How do I request a custom quote?

Fill out our Request a Custom Quote form with the product details and quantity you need. One of our pump specialists will get back to you with pricing.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes. Call us at (800) 810-1053 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We can look up products, check stock, and place the order for you.

Pricing

What is the Best Price Guarantee?

If you find a lower price on the same product from another authorized dealer, we will meet or beat it. Click the "Best Price Guarantee" link on any product page to submit the competing price. See the full Best Price Guarantee details.

Why does a product show "Call for Pricing"?

Some products require a phone call because of manufacturer pricing rules or because the item is a special order. Call us at (800) 810-1053 and we'll get you a price right away.

Do you offer volume or quantity discounts?

Yes. Give our sales team a call for volume pricing on larger orders. We buy direct from manufacturers so we can usually offer better pricing when you're ordering in quantity.

Shipping & Delivery

How quickly do orders ship?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states via UPS, FedEx, and major freight carriers. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email. If you checked out as a guest, you can use our Order Tracking page with your order number and email. If you have an account, you'll find tracking info under "My Orders" in My Account.

Can I ship freight collect?

Yes. If you want to use your own freight account, let us know before you place the order and we'll set it up. Keep in mind that once a freight collect shipment leaves our dock, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

Do you offer free shipping?

We run free shipping promotions on select brands from time to time. Call us or check the site to see what's currently available.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The item has to be in its original unopened packaging, and you need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us before sending it back. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds Policy page.

How do I start a return?

Call us at (800) 810-1053 within 30 days of getting your order. We'll go over your situation and, if it qualifies, give you an RMA number and return instructions.

Are there restocking fees?

It depends on the manufacturer and product. Restocking fees are usually between 15% and 25%. We'll tell you the exact fee when we issue your RMA. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

What items cannot be returned?

Parts, mechanical seals, O-rings, explosion proof (XP) products, specialty pumps, and anything custom-built. Electrical items like motors and VFDs may also have restrictions. Check our Returns Policy for the full list.

What brands do you carry?

We're an authorized distributor for AMT, ARO, Berkeley, Burks, Finish Thompson, Goulds, Grundfos, LMI, Oberdorfer, Pulsafeeder, Wilden, Yamada, and others. You can see the full list on our homepage, or just call us if you're looking for a specific brand.

Yes. We stock seal kits, impellers, rebuild kits, and other repair parts for many of the brands we sell. On the product page for your pump, look for the "Repair Parts Exploded View Diagram" link. Or just call us with your model number.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Sign in" at the top of the site, then Forgot password? Enter the email address associated with your account and you will receive a reset link.

Technical Support

Can you help me select the right pump for my application?

Absolutely. Tell us about your flow rate, head pressure, fluid type, and any other details about your setup. Our pump specialists do this all day. Call our Pump Hotline at (800) 810-1053.

Do you have exploded view diagrams for repair parts?

Yes. A lot of our product pages have an interactive exploded view diagram that shows every available repair part. Look for the "Repair Parts Exploded View Diagram" button on the product page.

Can you help me cross-reference a discontinued pump?

In many cases, yes. Call us with the old model number or whatever nameplate info you have and we'll see what we can match it to.
