To whom it may concern, I would like to express my opinion how fortunate Pump Catalog is to have your team. One of our biggest customers, who is a large hospital has been operating by “hanging by a thread.” If one of their pumps go down (because two are already down), then everything stops completely. This means, no hot water, no steam, no sterilization, which means no surgeries. Of course we understand that things just happen beyond our control however, when we need urgent assistance, it is usually because it is extremely important. We have tried and used other vendors in the past to come through but we have never received the kind of service that we have from your team from ANY of our vendors. I can speak on behalf of myself and my company how THANKFUL we are for all of your team's hard work for going above and beyond to take care of us.
