PumpCatalog.com is operated by Manufacturers Edge, a New Jersey-based industrial distributor serving commercial and industrial customers throughout the United States.
PumpCatalog.com ships to all 50 United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day. Orders received and confirmed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Your order may ship from multiple warehouse locations across the US. If your order contains items from different locations, you may receive multiple shipments. Tracking information is provided via email for each shipment.
Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time, and customers will be notified if extended handling time applies.

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination zip code. The shipping cost is displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
For freight shipments (items that are too large or heavy for standard parcel carriers), shipping is quoted based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Quoted freight charges are for standard delivery to a commercial dock. Additional charges may apply for:
- Residential delivery
- Liftgate service
- Inside delivery
- Appointment or call-ahead delivery
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified shipping error or carrier-documented damage.

Receiving Your Shipment
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Count all items listed on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. If you notice damage or missing items, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 3 business days at (800) 810-1053.
Once a shipment is signed for, the carrier considers it delivered in good condition. Claims may be limited if damage is not noted upon receipt. Please contact us promptly, and we will assist in resolving carrier-related damage claims.
