NextStep Stepper Motor Dosing Metering Pumps

When reliability, accuracy, and repeatability are crucial, NextStep stepper motor metering pumps ensure even distribution of chemicals into your process. With a wide range of control and significantly reduced pulsation, NextStep pumps provide reliable metering of off-gassing and viscous chemicals with exceptional accuracy. Rated for continuous duty and backed by a five-year warranty, including the diaphragm and communication options, NextStep metering pumps keep your process running smoothly, even from a remote location, assisting critical applications to operate effortlessly.

NextStep dosing pumps are designed for high-resolution metering control and reliability, covering a wide range of applications. The advanced microprocessor-driven stepper motor boasts a resolution of 4800:1 steps, allowing for digital control of both the discharge stroke and the suction stroke duration, ensuring even distribution of chemicals into the process.

NextStep metering pumps offer the most accurate control over metering output, providing capacity control from 100% to 0.1% and suction stroke control from 100% to 30%. This Slow Mode feature enhances the reliability of metering off-gassing and high-viscosity chemicals.

The advanced microprocessor-driven stepper motor has a 3,333:1 turndown ratio. Digitally controlled discharge and suction strokes create a near-constant flow accuracy of feed. The steps are divided into a maximum of 4,800 steps to provide precise distribution of chemicals throughout the full range, eliminating the effects of pulsating flow and reducing the cost of external devices such as static mixers and dampeners.

Programming is simplified using a dial knob interface with intuitive symbols and prompts. A large, easy-to-read, multi-color backlit display indicates pump status with four different backlight colors. NextStep communication options keep your process running smoothly, even from a remote location.

With complete control over dosing speeds and multiple operating modes to choose from, operators can precisely set the required flow rate, meeting even extremely complex applications, and easily read it directly in GPH, LPH, and % on the graphic display.

NextStep pumps carry agency approvals of CE, NSF 61\ANSI\CAN 61, and UL.

Pulsafeeder's BLACKLINE MD Diaphragm Pumps are motor driven, spring return for mechanical metering with precise and accurate control. There are many standard built in features, MD (motor Driven) series diaphragm pumps include: oil lubricated ball bearings, die-cast aluminum pump housing, reinforced PTFE diaphragm for long lasting life, a micrometer style stroke length adjuster. There are a multitude of liquid end options covering numerous  material choices to fit any metering pump application.

The Blackline series features 9 distinct models and are available with flow capabilities up to 132 GPH - Gallons Per Hour and (500 LPH - Liters Per Hour) with pressures up to 150 PSI - Pounds Per Square Inch, (10 BAR), including a standard turndown ratio of 10:1 (or up to 100:1) with our optional Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Vector. CM Series of CENTRIFUGAL pumps is available as single- or multi- stage units (up to five stages). They are available in 316 stainless steel, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy C construction as standard for maximum chemical resistance. 

RGT Series regenerative turbine pumps are offer increased discharge head capabilities over those available with our CM Series pumps.

Advanced Magnetic Technology 
State-of-the-art magnetic technology provides a safe and reliable pump for difficult applications. The drive magnet assembly is fized to the motor shaft. The driven magnet assembly is attached to the pump shaft and rotates as the drive magnet rotates as a result of the magnetic force. The high torque capability of the rare earth samarium cobalt permanent magnets alleviates the possibility of coupling slippage. The Hastelloy C containment can separates the magnetic assemblies and contains the liquid.
